Overview

LifeRise Solutions approached Go Tech Solutions with a vision to bring structure and intelligence to luxury residential community management across the United States. Property managers were juggling multiple companies, vendor relationships, service providers, residents, amenities, and events, all without a single source of truth. LifeRise needed a centralized PropTech admin ecosystem that could tie every part of community operations together, from complex oversight to resident service bookings.

The Challenge

Luxury residential property management involves far more complexity than a standard setup, multiple vendor companies, individual service providers, and residents who expect hotel-grade convenience. Without a centralized system, LifeRise had no unified way to onboard and approve vendors, service providers, or complex managers, no structured view of resident bookings or group events, and no standardized amenities, service categories, or geographic data, making every approval informal and leaving no audit trail.

Our Solution

Go Tech Solutions designed and built the LifeRise Admin Dashboard, a centralized PropTech admin ecosystem giving LifeRise’s team complete visibility and control over complex managers, vendor companies, affiliate companies, service providers, customers, and the services and amenities they interact with, built around filterable data tables, structured approval workflows, and real-time statistics.

Dashboard

The Dashboard gives admins an instant overview of the entire ecosystem. Six color-coded summary cards display live counts of core entities, Total Complex Managers, Active Customers, Total Service Providers, Total Bookings, Total Complex Companies, and Total Vendor Companies. Below, two circular progress panels track booking lifecycles, Pending, Accepted, Active, Completed, Cancelled, and Rejected, for both resident-to-vendor bookings and group event bookings. Additional widgets highlight Popular Services, Most Booked Vendors, Upcoming Events, and Top Locations.

Vendor Companies

This screen is where LifeRise manages every company supplying services into its residential communities. Admins can filter by Approval Status and company name, view each vendor’s profile, status, and contact details, and take quick actions, view team, manage services, or edit details. An approval workflow ensures no vendor goes live without authorization.

Complex Managers

The Complex Managers screen lets admins filter by State, City, Zipcode, Complex, Approval Status, and Company, reflecting LifeRise’s geographically distributed portfolio. Each manager’s linked complex, approval state, and parent company are visible at a glance. Pending approvals are color-coded so nothing falls through the cracks.

Service Providers

The most data-rich screen in the panel, Service Providers lists every individual residents can book, spanning Health & Wellness, Pet Services, Lifestyle, Sports, and more. Admins can filter by location, approval status, and vendor company. Every provider shows their service category, number of services offered, parent company, and vetting status, ensuring only approved providers appear in resident-facing booking flows.

Location Management

The Manage States, Cities, Zipcodes, and Complexes screens form the geographic backbone of the entire platform. With all 52 U.S. state entries (including territories) and support for bulk Import from File, every entity in the system is tied to a standardized State → City → Zipcode → Complex hierarchy, eliminating free-text location inconsistencies across the portfolio.

Service Categories

Service Categories define the top-level structure for the entire service marketplace, from Home Services and Fitness to Aquatics, Pet Services, and Health & Wellness. Each category carries an image, slug, and live services count. New categories can be added without any code changes, making the catalog fully extensible as LifeRise’s community offerings grow.

Complex Amenities

The Complex Amenities screen standardizes how each residential complex presents its features , Gym, Swimming Pool, Yoga Center, Jogging Track, Sports Courts, Children’s Play Area, and more. With 18 amenity types linked to complexes and photo counts tracked per amenity, LifeRise can present a consistent, comparable picture of every property in its portfolio.

The Customers / Residents to Vendor Booking Stats panel tracks every booking through Pending, Accepted, Active, Completed, Cancelled, and Rejected stages, giving LifeRise full lifecycle visibility into resident demand.

Group Event Coordination

A dedicated Group Events module, paired with Event Responses, Event Bookings, and Waitlists, lets LifeRise manage community-wide events with the same lifecycle tracking used for individual service bookings.

Location-Based Performance Data

With Location Management covering States, Cities, Zipcodes, and Complexes (including bulk Import from File), every entity in the system can be filtered and reported on geographically, down to the zip code level.

Automated Feedback Systems

A dedicated Feedbacks module captures resident satisfaction data tied directly to bookings and service providers, helping LifeRise monitor service quality across its portfolio.

Secure Role-Based Permissions

With dedicated Roles and Users sections, internal LifeRise staff are granted access based on their responsibilities, ensuring sensitive vendor, financial, and resident data is only visible to authorized personnel.

Integrated Service Catalogs

Service Categories and individual Services are organized into a structured catalog, complete with images, slugs, and active service counts, so residents always see an accurate, up-to-date list of what’s bookable.

Real-Time Status Notifications

App Banners, Announcements, and Broadcast Notifications give LifeRise the tools to push real-time updates to residents and vendors directly from the admin dashboard.
