LifeRise Solutions approached Go Tech Solutions with a vision to change the way apartment residents access everyday services. Modern renters expect the same convenience at home that they get from any other app on their phone, instant booking, transparent pricing, and reliable providers. LifeRise needed a mobile app that could bring pet care, lifestyle services, and home wellness together in one place, while giving service providers a dedicated space within the same app to manage their own bookings and jobs.

The Challenge

Apartment communities typically rely on scattered phone calls, printed flyers, or word-of-mouth to connect residents with trustworthy service providers. There was no centralized way for residents to discover vetted vendors, compare pricing, or track the status of a booked service. On the other side, service providers had no streamlined system to manage incoming requests, confirm jobs, or move work from pending to completed. Both sides of the marketplace needed a unified, secure, and easy-to-use mobile app experience.

Our Solution

Go Tech Solutions designed and developed the LifeRise mobile app, a dual-role ecosystem built for both residents and service providers. The app opens with a role-based entry point, then routes each user into a tailored experience, residents browse and book services through clean categorized listings, while providers manage their bookings through a dedicated job pipeline. We focused on a calm, card-based mobile app interface that makes discovery, booking, and job tracking effortless on a single screen.

Role Selection

The mobile app journey begins with a full-bleed apartment building visual paired with a frosted bottom card asking the user to "Select your role." Two clear choices, Residents and Service Provider, sit as pill-shaped buttons. This single decision point lets one app codebase serve two completely different audiences without overwhelming either with irrelevant options.

Resident Home Dashboard

Once logged into the app, residents land on a personalized dashboard that opens with "Welcome, Jack" and their location, followed by a search bar to find services quickly. Below it, a promotional banner highlights timely offers such as food truck deals, while three live counters, Active, Pending, and Completed bookings, give residents an instant pulse on their activity. A horizontally scrollable Categories row and an "About" community section round out the screen.

All Categories

Tapping "View All" on categories opens a dedicated in-app browsing screen with a header image and the tagline "Our pet services are designed to keep furry companions happy and well cared for." Three category cards, Pet Services, Life Style, and Health & Wellness, are presented with imagery, short descriptions, and icons, helping residents self-select the type of help they need before drilling into specific providers.

Service Provider Listing

Selecting a sub-category such as Dog Grooming opens a filtered in-app listing with a toggle between Service Providers and Affiliates. Each provider card shows a profile photo or business logo, a star rating, individual or business type, per-service pricing, and a Book Now button, letting residents compare and choose a vetted professional in seconds.

Bookings Management

The Bookings screen is shared logic for both sides of the marketplace within the app, organized into Pending, Accepted, Active, and Completed tabs. Each booking card displays the service name, customer name, date, and time, alongside contextual actions, Cancel or Start Job for providers, and a View Details link for deeper booking information. This single screen closes the loop between booking and service delivery.

The mobile app opens with a simple role selector, letting each user choose between Residents and Service Provider, so the entire experience, navigation, and dashboard are tailored from the very first screen.

A warm "Welcome" home screen greets each resident by name and location, surfacing a search bar, featured offers, active and pending booking counters, and quick-access service categories all in one mobile app view.

Categorized Service Marketplace

Within the app, services are organized into clear categories such as Pet Services, Life Style, and Health & Wellness, each with descriptive cards and imagery so residents instantly understand what is offered before they tap in.

Vetted Provider Listings

Inside each category, residents see a roster of individual professionals and affiliated businesses side by side, complete with ratings, pricing, and a one-tap Book Now action for instant service requests.

Instant Service Booking

Residents can move from browsing to booking in just a few taps within the app, with transparent per-service pricing displayed upfront for every provider and affiliate.

Real-Time Booking Pipeline

A dedicated Bookings screen in the app organizes every job into Pending, Accepted, Active, and Completed tabs, giving both residents and providers instant visibility into where each request stands.

Provider Job Management

Service providers can review booking details, accept or cancel requests, and start jobs directly from their booking cards within the mobile app, turning their phone into a complete field-service command center.

Persistent Bottom Navigation

A consistent bottom tab bar, Home, Bookings, Calendar, Events, and Profile, keeps core actions one tap away throughout the entire mobile app, reinforcing a smooth and predictable navigation pattern.
