Selecting a service opens a structured in-app form listing specific issues, such as Door/Hinge Repair, Custom Shelf Installation, or Wooden Flooring Repair, each with upfront pricing in AED, so residents know the estimated cost before they even confirm a date.
Flexible Scheduling
Residents pick exactly which day and what time they would like the service provider to arrive, giving them full control over how the job fits into their schedule.

The app lets residents add optional special instructions, such as gate pass requirements, and attach a photo of the issue directly from their phone, helping service providers arrive fully prepared for the job.
Multiple Payment Options
