Carlutions approached Go Tech Solutions with a vision to modernize how brokers, dealers, and shoppers connect in the automotive space. The car-buying and trading process has long depended on disconnected calls, paperwork, and guesswork, leaving brokers without visibility into deal status and dealers without a reliable channel to manage incoming requests. Carlutions needed a mobile app that could centralize every request, approval, and notification into one transparent marketplace.

The Challenge

Automotive brokers and dealerships typically operate through fragmented communication, scattered emails, phone calls, and manual spreadsheets, with no unified way to track a deal from submission to closing. Brokers had no single view of which requests were approved, pending, or cancelled, and dealers had no streamlined system to review purchase, trade, or sell requests at scale. Both sides needed real-time visibility into deal status, along with instant alerts whenever a deal moved forward, stalled, or closed.

Our Solution

Go Tech Solutions designed and developed the Carlutions mobile app, a broker and dealer ecosystem built around real-time deal intelligence. The app opens with a performance dashboard, then gives brokers a structured request management system, an instant notification feed, and a dedicated received-requests log for dealers. We focused on a clean, color-coded interface so every deal's status, accepted, rejected, in-progress, or closed, is understood at a glance.

Dashboard

The mobile app opens on a Dashboard screen presenting two key activity counters at the top in green and orange cards, giving brokers an immediate snapshot of active performance. Below this, an Activity log section tracks ongoing metrics such as Request Acceptance and Estimated Times, each shown with a circular progress indicator. A bottom summary panel rounds out the screen, keeping high-level performance and recent activity within a single view.

Requests

The Requests screen opens with three status counters across the top, Approved, Pending, and Cancelled, each shown in a distinct color for instant recognition. A search bar sits just below for quickly filtering deals. Each request card lists the broker name along with Request ID, Year, Make, Model, and Color. Contextual actions appear on the right of each card, a Message center button for active conversations, a red Cancel action for declined deals, or a Resend action for deals needing a follow-up push.

Notifications

The Notifications screen delivers a real-time feed of deal updates, each entry color-coded by outcome. A green card confirms a deal was Accepted by a named broker, a red card flags a deal that was Rejected, and navy cards report a deal Closed Successfully or a Status changed: In-Progress update. Every notification carries the Deal ID, vehicle make and color, plus a precise date and time stamp.

Requests Received

The Requests Received screen gives dealers a structured table view of every incoming request, with a toggle at the top to switch between Purchase/Trade Requests and Sell Request. The table lists Request ID, Customer Name, Requested Date, Status, Year, and Make, with status entries like Pending and Rejected displayed in color for quick scanning. Pagination controls at the bottom let dealers move through large volumes of requests without losing context.

Purchase, Trade & Sell Request Toggle

The Requests Received screen lets dealers switch between Purchase/Trade Requests and Sell Request views, ensuring incoming deal types are never mixed together in a single undifferentiated list.

Structured Requests Received Table

Dealers review incoming requests in a clean tabular layout, Request ID, Customer Name, Requested Date, Status, Year, and Make, with color-coded status text and pagination for managing high request volumes.

Persistent Bottom Navigation

A consistent bottom tab bar, Home, Requests, Notification, and Menu, keeps every core action one tap away throughout the entire mobile app, reinforcing a smooth and predictable navigation pattern across broker and dealer views.
